PASTA/SALAD MENU FOR RACE:

MUSHROOM RAVIOLI ALFREDO WITH A SALAD OF MESCLUN GREENS, TOASTED WALNUTS, DRIED CRANBERRIES, GORGONZOLA AND RED WINE VINAIGRETTE

CHICKEN SALAD CROISSANT-  Our now-famous recipe all- white meat chicken salad accented with pecans and tarragon on a buttery croissant- $8.50

 FRENCH ONION ROAST BEEF SANDWICH -Roasted beef on baguette with three-onion spread, fresh greens and tomato - $8.50

 FRESH VEGETABLE WRAP -  Fresh vegetable wrap with zucchini, squash, peppers, baby spinach, tomatoes and mushrooms with a sun- dried tomato mayonnaise - $8.50

 ROAST TURKEY CRANBERRY WRAP - Roasted turkey  with provolone cheese, fresh greens, tomato and cranberry relish in a whole wheat tortilla  - $8.50

GRILLED CHICKEN CEASAR SALAD.  Garlic croutons - $8.50

COWBOY STEAK SALAD-   Grilled sirloin, fresh spinach, gorgonzola, red onion, tomato, cucumber and red wine vinaigrette – $9.50

FRESH BAKED QUICHE – Individual quiche with bacon, spinach, cheddar and parmesan cheese baked in an all butter crust –$8.50

Sandwiches, wraps and quiche are served with fresh fruit and wild rice salad

Salads are served with crackers

The cafe is open prior to each performance and at intermisssion.  Please see below for specific dining times.

 TUESDAY PERFORMANCES AT 7:00 P.M.

On Tuesdays we offer the full cafe menu.  In addition we offer our hot pasta dinner service.* Dinner service begins at 5:30 p.m. and ends at curtain time.  Pasta dinner includes salad and garlic bread. - $13.00.  Add your first glass of wine for an additional $2.00!  RESERVATIONS ARE NECESSARY. Click here for reservations

 WEDNESDAY MATINEES AT 1:30

For Wednesday matinee performances the cafe offers our soup, salad and sandwich buffet.  Enjoy hot soup and a delicious assortment of salads, lunch meats, breads and all the fixins' for just $10.00.  The regular cafe menu IS NOT available for these performances.  Service begins at 12:00 noon.  RESERVATIONS ARE NECESSARY.  Click here to make a reservation

SUNDAY MATINEES AT 2:00 P.M.*

For Sunday matinees the cafe offers our delicious Sunday brunch buffet* filled with an ever-changing array of breakfast items, lunch items and warm cinnamon  rolls!  Just $15.00!  Service begins at 12:00 noon. The regular cafe menu IS NOT available during Sunday brunch.  Click here for reservations.
