Dinner Special for Double Idemnity:

 Pecan Encrusted  scallopini chicken breast with Pecans, Japanese bread crumps and fresh parsley, pan seared in extra virgin olive oil and finished with a rich Bourbon sauce.  Served with fresh fruit and our wild rice salad

Sandwich special for Lent.  Available 2/13-3/31.  Available every performance except Wednesday matinees:

Crab and shrimp salad croisssant.  Fresh crab meat, Bay shrimp, celery, lemon, mayonnaise and tarragon on a buttery croissant.  served with fresh fruit and our wild rice salad - $12.00

CHICKEN SALAD CROISSANT- Our now-famous recipe all white meat chicken salad accented with pecans and tarragon and fresh tomato on a buttery croissant- $9.00

FRENCH ONION ROAST BEEF SANDWICH -Roasted beef on fresh Ciabatta with roasted three-onion spread, fresh greens and tomato - $9.00

GRILLED CHICKEN CAESAR SANDWICH - Herb marinated grilled chicken breast on Ciabatta bun with Caesar dressing, shaved romaine and shredded Parmesan cheese -$9.00

CALIFORNIA TURKEY CLUB SANDWICH – Thinly sliced braised and roasted turkey, fresh avocado, field greens, tomato, apple wood smoked bacon and herb mayonnaise on a buttery croissant - $9.00

CHICKEN COBB SALAD – Romaine and iceberg lettuce with grilled chicken, chopped tomato, bacon, egg, Bleu cheese crumbles, shredded carrot and cucumber - $9.00

COWBOY STEAK SALAD- Grilled flat iron steak cooked to a perfect medium, fresh spinach, Gorgonzola, red onion, tomato, cucumber and red wine vinaigrette – $10.00

FRESH BAKED QUICHE – Fresh baked quiche with marinated artichokes, spinach, cheddar and Parmesan cheese baked until golden in an all butter crust –$9.00

SOUP DE JOUR – A bowl of our steaming hot, fresh-made soup of the day. Ask your server for today’s selection. Served with crackers - $5.00

The cafe is open prior to each performance and at intermisssion.  Please see below for specific dining times.

 TUESDAY PERFORMANCES AT 7:00 P.M.

On Tuesdays we offer the full cafe menu.  In addition we offer our hot pasta dinner service. Dinner service begins at 5:30 p.m. and ends at curtain time.  Pasta dinner includes salad and garlic bread. - $13.00.  Add your first glass of wine for an additional $3.00!  RESERVATIONS ARE NECESSARY. Click here for reservations

 WEDNESDAY MATINEES AT 1:30

For Wednesday matinee performances the cafe offers our soup, salad and sandwich buffet.  Enjoy hot soup and a delicious assortment of salads, lunch meats, breads and all the fixins' for just $10.00.  The regular cafe menu IS NOT available for these performances.  Service begins at 12:00 noon.  RESERVATIONS ARE NECESSARY.  Click here to make a reservation
